This article examines the dielectric and conductive properties of the Nafion polymer membrane with CoTe/C catalysts as part of a membrane-electronic unit. The questions concerning the relationship of structure, dielectric and conductive properties in membranes of the Nafion type have been clarified. The effect of the CoTe/C catalyst on the relaxation processes
of polarization and conductivity in a given polymer membrane is estimated. The optimal operating mode for Nafion-type
membranes in the composition of the catalyst CoTe/C was established to increase the efficiency of this system.
